What to do while you are here

  • Take a stroll around the property - there is 3.5 acres to explore bordered on the south and east by a dirt road, partially bordered by a road on the west and not bordered on the north side so best to stay north of the driveways
  • Walk the healing path - You drove past the meditation garden on your way in, you can rest and think at one of the benches, and walk the pathway as many times as you would like
  • Take a nap when you rest the body, you are also providing the mind and soul a chance to recharge
  • Read a good book or do a crossword puzzle, suduko or color in a coloring book
  • Get in touch with nature. Sights. Sounds. Smells. Flowers, plants, trees, birds, squirrels, butterflies.
  • Connect on a deeper level with your spouse or significant other and ask questions and listen to the answers
  • Enjoy a cup of tea and a sweet treat
  • Light the gas firepit and watch the flames dance as you sip an adult beverage
  • Practice the seven rests:  Physical, mental, sensory, emotional, social, creative and spiritual
  • Reflect in silence-Get quiet.  Meditate. Give Thanks.  Listen to the wise inner voice.
  • Review mission, vision and goals.  Who am I?  What are my gifts, talents and passions?  Why am I here and what do I want?
  • Discover.  Connect with your creative spirit.  Think new things.  Ask.  Believe.  Breathe.  Let it go . . . .
